Lefkada is the paradise of wind surfers around the world. The beach of Vasiliki is one of the 10 best beaches around the world and the 3rd best in Europe, covering almost all the needs of windsurfing fans and lovers. In Vasiliki there are many wind surfing clubs which offer lessons from beginners’ level up to instructors.
Even if you do not have your own surf equipment you can hire from the clubs. The thermal winds (mistral) are a god’s gift here, in the heart of the Ionian.
